At Yogaseads, we honor the roots of yoga while making the practice accessible for today. You can choose from regular classes or hot classes in our Hot Studio. From strong and dynamic styles like Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yoga Strength, to softer practices such as Yin, Hatha, Breathwork, Restorative, as well as Meditation and Mantra, or Hot Yoga our classes invite you to explore the many layers of yoga.
We believe there are no levels in yoga. Every class is designed to be accessible and adaptable, so whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you can join any class and practice at your own pace.
With over 45 weekly classes, workshops and special programs, there’s always a way to move, connect, breathe, and grow at your own rhythm.

Our Hot Yoga Studio.
Step into the heat and experience the benefits of Hot Yoga! The heated environment helps to deepen stretches, improve flexibility, and detoxify the body, while also building strength and focus.
Our Hot Yoga classes include:
Hot Vinyasa – dynamic and energizing
Hot Hatha & Hot Strength – build strength and alignment
Hot Yin – slow, deep stretches for relaxation and recovery

The Path - Get inspired by our workshops
Yoga goes beyond the mat. Each month we offer XL classes, inspiring workshops, satsangs, seasonal challenges, and 21-day programs. Our Hot Studio also hosts special themed sessions and workshops to elevate your practice. These moments create space for reflection, growth, and discovery, expanding what’s possible both in your practice and in life.

The People
Yogaseads is more than a studio — it’s a community. You can step in quietly and simply enjoy your class, or connect with others and find friendship along the way. Both are welcome, and both are yoga.
Just like yoga impacted our lives in so many ways, so it has impacted the lives of many Yogaseads students. Some come to work on their bodies, where others come in to deal with their stress or are completely burned out. Yoga is a tool to (re-) gain strength on a physical and mental level. Many people stayed because they discovered the impact of yoga as well. In their own way, with their own preferred style and in their own pace. In our shala we can all share the benefits of yoga!
