Vinyasa Flow

A flowing, breath-led yoga style. Movement follows breath in a smooth sequence, like a moving meditation. Every class is unique.
Tradition: modern yoga, rooted in Ashtanga (India)
Good for: strength, energy, flexibility
Is this for me? Yes, if you like dynamic movement, variation, and want to combine breath with flow.


Hot Yoga

A strong yoga class in a heated room (28–40°C). The warmth helps muscles relax deeply and supports detoxing. The intensity boosts energy, strength and mental focus. Hot Hatha classes are 40°C, Hot Yin en Hot Flow classes are 28°C. For the Hot Yoga you need to bring your own mat or you can rent one in the studio €2.
Tradition: modern Hatha-based practice
Good for: sweating, strength, deep stretching
Is this for me? Yes, if you enjoy warmth, want to boost your energy, and love a physical challenge.


Iyengar Yoga

Focused on alignment, detail, and precision. You’ll use props to support your postures and hold them longer to build strength and awareness.
Tradition: Iyengar lineage (India)
Good for: technique, posture, concentration
Is this for me? Yes, if you like clear instructions, a structured class, or if you’re recovering from injury.


Yoga & Strength

Build full-body strength in a mindful way. We focus on the deep and surface muscles of the core. Combined with yoga stretches, it creates balance and power.
Tradition: modern functional yoga
Good for: stability, support, full-body strength
Is this for me? Yes, if you want to feel stronger, support your other practices, or improve posture and control.


Hatha Yoga

A slower-paced, steady class to explore postures, breath, and presence. Rooted in ancient Indian traditions, Hatha is the base of most physical yoga.
Tradition: classical Hatha Yoga
Good for: breath awareness, calm strength, flexibility
Is this for me? Yes, if you like time to feel each pose, enjoy mindful movement, or are new to yoga.


Gentle Yoga & Meditation

Soft movement combined with Buddhist meditation. You stretch, breathe, and then sit in stillness — learning to observe the mind gently and clearly.
Tradition: Buddhist mindfulness + yoga
Good for: calming down, stress relief, clarity
Is this for me? Yes, if you want to relax, slow down, and explore both movement and meditation.


Ashtanga LED

Follow the traditional Primary Series with steady breath and focus. A fixed sequence that builds strength, awareness, and rhythm.
Tradition: Ashtanga Yoga (India)
Good for: physical discipline, focus, breath control
Is this for me? Yes, if you enjoy structure, repetition, and like to challenge yourself physically and mentally.


YinYang Yoga

A mix of active movement (Yang) and deep stillness (Yin). First you move, then you stretch and release. A full-spectrum class.
Tradition: modern fusion with Taoist roots
Good for: balance, energy, mobility
Is this for me? Yes, if you want to move and relax, or if you’re not sure what your body needs today.


Yin Yoga

Long-held floor poses target the connective tissues. Great for joint health, stillness, and mental clarity. Passive but deep.

Good for: flexibility, patience, mental calm
Is this for me? Yes, if you want to slow down, stretch deeply, and train your mind while in stillness.


Breathwork

Learn to breathe consciously to calm your nervous system and energize the body. A powerful tool for healing and emotional release.

Good for: awareness, emotional clarity, healing

Yoga Nidra

A guided journey into deep relaxation. Your body sleeps, your mind stays awake. Clear stress and restore your system — like a reset.
Tradition: rooted in tantra, refined by Swami Satyananda
Good for: deep rest, recovery, mental reset
Is this for me? Yes, if you’re exhausted, overthinking, or need deep rest. No experience needed.


Mindful Running

A run becomes a moving meditation. You learn to run with awareness, connect to breath and movement, and stay present.
Tradition: modern mindfulness + running techniques
Good for: focus, endurance, mental clarity
Is this for me? Yes, if you like running and want to train both body and mind together.


Buddhist Mindfulness Meditation
