How to Watch

Online Class Options – Live or On‑Demand

We offer two easy ways to practice from home:

  1. Join live

    • Book your spot via our usual schedule or Mindbody app.

    • You’ll receive a Zoom link in your inbox before class—just click and join at the scheduled time.

    • No extra software setup after your first session (you only need to install Zoom once).

  2. Practice anytime

    • After the live class ends, we’ll email you a separate link to the recording, which you can watch as often as you like.

    • Recordings stay in our Zoom library for at least one week, so you can fit yoga into your own schedule.

A few tips:

  • Make sure you’ve allowed emails from us en click the box in your account: “Receive News & Promo”.

  • If you don’t have studio props at home, get creative—use books for blocks, a belt or scarf for straps, and a blanket instead of a bolster.
