Tanya specializes in teaching Vinyasa, Hot Hatha, and Yin yoga, with a compassionate and encouraging approach. Her classes often incorporate storytelling, chanting, and a lighthearted atmosphere, creating a supportive space for students to explore both the physical and emotional dimensions of their practice. She has shared her love for yoga across various countries including The Netherlands, Canada and Thailand.

In addition to her teaching, Tanya is dedicated to upholding the great tradition of T. Her training includes advanced studies in anatomy, yoga philosophy, and the history of yoga. She is also a lead teacher in hot yoga foundational trainings.

Tanya’s teaching philosophy revolves around the belief that yoga is a powerful tool for healing, presence, and personal growth, accessible to everyone.
