KIM SCHOEN

Vinyasa Flow

Kim Schoen is someone who loves to combine her passion for the physical, intellectual and energetic elements of movement and sports with her drive to coach, teach and share. With a history in teaching sports and coaching teams and individuals in both Corporate en Non-profit, she is now also teaching yoga. Kim aims at creating a safe space for everybody to learn, flow, play and practice. Her classes can be described as ‘slow, strong and smart’, often building around a specific theme or peak pose.

Kim started her yoga journey in 2013. After a car accident that disabled her in the sports and professional life she’d known until then, she found yoga.

Instantly she was inspired to turn things around and learn everything she could about the whole spectrum that yoga entitles. She completed her yoga teacher training (RYT200h) with Yogamoves and Yogaseads in 2021 and started teaching almost immediately. Her continuous learning cycle started years before that, practicing intensively and attending several workshops and masterclasses with amongst others the Yogaseads Barbara’s, Hilary Brown, Simon Rowe, Pradeep Teotia and many more. In 2022 she will complete her Yin training (100h) with Skadi van Paaschen.
