What are Silent Sits?
Silent Sits are non-guided meditation classes. They are a space for you to sit in silence and practice your own meditation. There is no instruction, no teaching, just the presence of a quiet group meditating together. If you’re new to meditation, printed instructions for Buddhist Mindfulness Meditation will be available at the studio. Free for Members and Class Card holders!

How it works:
Sign up online to book your spot
Arrive 5 minutes before 16:30, as the door closes once meditation begins.
A BuddhaSeads Host will be present to open and close each session, start the meditation timer, and offer tea afterwards.
There is no guidance or teaching. This is simply a space for your own meditation. You can also use the printed instruction provided by the BuddhaSeads Host.
After the session, enjoy some tea and/or stay for the yin class, starts at 17.30!
