Buddhist Mindfulness Meditation classes are
Free if you have a membership, or by Dana - donation based class
Dana?
These meditations are offered according to the traditional Buddhist principle of dana. Dana means donation and is the practice of generosity, an important part of the spiritual practice of Buddhist Mindfulness meditation.
Why dana?
The Buddha taught about three poisons of the mind:greed, hatred and delusion. They are the roots of all suffering. The Buddha provided practices designed to directly counter these mental afflictions and it is dāna (giving) that is the antidote to greed. Without incorporating dāna as part of our practice, it is very difficult to proceed beyond a certain point on the Buddha’s path.
Give what makes you happy!
With your donation we can grow our meditation community and keep these classes on the schedule for all and benefit from the fruits of practicing together!

Thank you! About the meditation:
Buddhist mindfulness meditation, also called vipassana meditation, is a form of insight meditation aimed at experiencing freedom. To experience inner peace and joy regardless of the circumstances.
You examine the reactions of the mind according to a specific method. To achieve in-depth insights and awareness, aimed at developing insight into 'how things really are' and thus reducing stress and discomfort.
Teaching Buddhism and meditations is most likely reserved for teachers who are initiated and have years of experience. Although I have studied and practiced this for a few years now, and will continue on this path, I am not a Buddhist teacher. These meditations are therefore intended as an opportunity to practice together, in which I can share with you my personal experiences and the knowledge I have gained so far. For anyone who is interested in developing further on this meditation path and wants to meditate together!
We will practice different Buddhist Methods:
Samatha (calm abiding meditation)
Vipassana (insight meditation)
Cankama (walking meditation)
Metta meditation (loving kindness)
Mudita (appreciative meditation)
Dhamma talk (knowledge and personal experiences)
