Our Impact
Just like yoga impacted our lives in so many ways, so it has impacted the lives of many Yogaseads students. Some come to work on their bodies, where others come in to deal with their stress or are completely burned out. Yoga is a tool to (re-) gain strength on a physical and mental level. We’ve seen tears of joy and tears of sadness or depletion. But also lots of laugthers.
